Scholarship Policy *

Making Music Together Scholarship, 501(c)3 is a nonprofit organization. Panharmonic Music Studio has discretion to offer full or partial scholarships from our Making Music Together Scholarship, 501(c)3. Full and partial scholarships are based on financial need and subject to the Making Music Together Scholarship’s availability of funds. Continuation of scholarships will depend on the student’s daily practice, weekly punctuality and progress. A week's notice is required if the applicant will not attend their scheduled lesson. If the applicant misses a lesson, he/she must pay for the missed lesson which goes back into the Making Music Together Scholarship. Scholarships are awarded based on available scholarship money, need, and number of applicants. We endeavor to award as many scholarships as possible within these criteria. All students are eligible to apply.

If awarded a scholarship, the recipient will be prepared and attend all lessons on time, unless a documented emergency occurs. *
